Terms of Use

On Apple devices, Dimelight is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. On Android, these terms apply together with the Google Play Terms of Service.
Coins
Coins are consumable in-app purchases, sold in rolls of three through the App Store or Google Play. One coin plays one complete song. Coins don't expire, have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged.
Coins are stored on the device where you bought them. Because they are consumables, the stores can't restore them: if you delete the app or move to a new phone, unused coins are lost.
If a paid song is cut off because the app was closed, or a record fails to play, the app returns the coin automatically.
Refunds
Payments are handled by Apple or Google. Refund requests go through them, under their policies: reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or your order history in Google Play.
Music
The songs are by Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com) and are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. They are new recordings in classic styles, not the original hits.
